Harbor Island Cleanup Day 2010

Jantz Morgan again this year working with the Sloan Alumni Club of Boston to sponsor their annual Boston Harbor Island Cleanup Day. This year's event was on May 23rd and was also supported by Boston Harbor Island Alliance. However, for the first time since the event began, we were unable to reach the islands. Thick, persistent fog coupled with a tricky approach to the island thwarted our efforts.  Thought our volunteers did enjoy a tour of the inner harbor while we waited in vain for the fog lift, we will have to console ourselves with the goal of picking up twice as much trash next year.

Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative

Jantz Morgan worked with Daniel Aronson and his team at IBM to integrate corporate social responsibility (CSR) throughout Jantz Morgan's business strategy and operations. The objective of the initiative was to ensure that CSR informs all aspects the firm's business and that the firm's activities reflect the values of its founders (read more). New Product Launchs

Jantz Morgan now offers a full line of socially responsible products for individual and institutional investors. For some time, the firm has been working with institutional investors to provide them with customized socially responsible portfolios. With these products, all Jantz Morgan's clients will be able to enjoy the benefits of some of that work. One of our core values is choice, and with these portfolios Jantz Morgan's clients can now choose between portfolios which are screened for ESG criteria and the firm's other quantitative value products.
