Sean Morgan

Mr. Morgan is responsible for general management, strategy and business development. Prior to co-founding Jantz Morgan, he was Vice-President of Business Consulting with Morten Beyer & Agnew (MBA) and a Manager with Arthur Andersen's System Dynamics and Aviation Industry Practices. He began his career at Boeing as an aerospace engineer. Mr. Morgan received his SM in Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management. While there, he also earned an SM in System Design and Management, a joint program between MIT's School of Engineering and the Sloan School of Management. He also holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas, and two BA's, one in Philosophy, the other in Japanese, both from the University of Colorado.

Christine Jantz, CFA

Ms. Jantz is responsible for the investment process, portfolio management, research, and development. Prior to co-founding Jantz Morgan, she held positions as a Quantitative Equity Analyst at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC, Assistant Vice President at Putnam Investments, Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc, and Director of Catalog Statistical Analysis at Sears. Her formal education includes an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Statistics from the University of Iowa, and, a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from Bethel College. Ms. Jantz also works for NorthStar Asset Management, Inc. and is a Board Member of the ADL Alumni Association, Inc. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Timothy L. Schmidt

Mr. Schmidt is responsible for business development and relationship management efforts and comes to Jantz Morgan with 18 years of management, marketing and finance experience.  Prior to joining Jantz Morgan, He founded Villeo Capital, a corporate advisory firm for emerging companies; was the VP of Business Development at the middle market investment banks of Capstone Partners and Trudeau & Trudeau Associates; and, was Director of Business Development Emerson Investment Management, a boutique investment advisor catering to high net worth individuals.  Mr. Schmidt began his career at Charles Schwab & Co. where he was a founding member of the Investor Education Department and the Vice President and Branch Manager. He holds a Masters in Management, Finance, in addition to a Bachelors of Liberal Art, cum laude from Harvard University Extension School.
